SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION

Orders placed by 11am EST will usually be shipped same day via UPS. Orders placed thereafter will usually ship next business day. We Do Not Guarantee Delivery Dates. UPS can arrange a Saturday delivery but extra charges may apply. ThePoolToyStore.com will ship all orders ground (It’s FREE!) unless otherwise requested by customer to have expedited shipping. Additional charges apply for rush shipments. After placing a rush order, a representative will contact the customer via phone AND e-mail. If ThePoolToyStore.com fails to come into contact with customer or customer fails to return messages, ThePoolToyStore.com reserves the right to send shipment via UPS ground. ThePoolToyStore.com is not responsible for any late or delayed shipments. If UPS is at fault, ThePoolToyStore.com will do all possible to correct the situation by personally calling UPS on behalf of the customer.

Any shipments that appear to be damaged or opened at time of delivery should be refused at the door. If you accept a damaged or opened package, please keep all items, paper work and packaging and call ThePoolToyStore.com at 1-800-996-9934 immediately for further actions to take place. If the customer fails to notify ThePoolToyStore.com of any damages, customer forfeits the possibility of receiving a refund or replacement items. The sooner ThePoolToyStore.com learns of any damages, the greater chance we have in receiving a credit for the claim.

You must be prepared to receive your items at the requested shipping address. If your shipment is refused due to an improper address you will be charged a $5 (this is what UPS charges us) address correction fee. In the event that a package or UPS return pickup is refused, you will be responsible for shipping charges for the UPS return pickup or package. If an order comes back to us you will be charged to reship it back to you.

RETURNS: We are very honest with you and our integrity will stand against any other business that operates. So we expect you to be the same with us. Doing e-commerce and mail ordering brings special concerns when it comes to warranties and returns.

Each of our staff members personally takes part in the processing of your order. We take the highest road possible when sending each order out, meaning that the items, to the best of our knowledge, are in perfect shape. With this said, here is our return policy:

Problems with an order must be reported to us within 10 days of you receiving it. Authorization of return is required before mailing the item/order back. This can be obtained by calling 1-800-996-9934 and speaking with a representative.

Without proper authorization, a refund cannot be given. Used items will not be accepted for any refunds. “Used Items” constitutes as items that have been inflated, put in water, worn swim/tube suits, scratches or scuffs, or generally USED. Packages that are returned and have been opened are not acceptable and a credit will not be issued. Basically, if we cannot resale an item, we can not issue a refund for it. All qualifying returns must be made within 30 days of the original receipt. ThePoolToyStore.com will not send a check to the customer for a return. We will only credit the customer’s card back for a full credit (MINUS the initial shipping costs), after we have received the returned item(s).

We stand by our items and assure you that they are of high quality; however, sometimes customers can be victims of manufacturer defects. If this situation occurs, simply call us at 1-800-996-9934 and speak with a representative. Our staff will call the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf. Manufacturer’s defects constitute as a tear in the seam, any holes or missing parts. These are considered defects only before the customer uses the item or float. ThePoolToyStore.com is not responsible for any holes or tears on an item if it has been used.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Should you require shipping faster than ground service, place your order as usual and select the proper option at checkout. We'll calculate the additional charges and call or e-mail for your approval prior to billing your credit card.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping outside of the United States requires we comply with U.S. Customs regulations. Place your order as usual and be sure to include your correct e-mail address. We'll contact you via e-mail with the additional shipping charges and request your permission prior to billing your credit card.
